Meet Desirée Broussard
Desirée Broussard is a U.S. Air Force veteran and strategic protocol and event advisor with more than 25 years of experience operating in senior-level military and executive environments.
Throughout her military career, she advised commanders and executive leaders on protocol, precedence, and high-visibility event strategy. Her experience includes managing engagements ranging from private executive meetings to presidential-level visits, as well as leading large-scale ceremonies hosted by the Secretary of Defense and state governors.
Today, she advises military organizations, corporations, and civic leaders on event structure, executive presence, and the details that protect reputations when visibility is high. Her approach is disciplined, deliberate, and focused on preparation — ensuring leaders walk into any room confident and fully supported.
Desirée holds certifications from The Protocol School of Washington® and The Etiquette Institute and is a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas (Class of 2025).
