Experience Behind the Training
Desirée brings experience spanning hospitality, military and government protocol, and professional development training.
Her career began in hospitality, where she worked in a variety of guest-facing roles and gained firsthand experience in customer service and the realities of serving the public.
She later served throughout the Active Duty, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, building a protocol career supporting senior leaders, distinguished visitors, ceremonies and high-visibility events.
Throughout her military protocol career, Desirée also developed and taught protocol training for Active Duty, Guard/Reserve and Federal Service professionals, sharing the practical knowledge gained from years of working in the field. Her training experience later expanded to business etiquette and professional development for luxury retail, corporate and nonprofit organizations.
Today, Desirée continues to teach military protocol and business etiquette, while also advising organizations on ceremonies, galas, distinguished visitors and other high-visibility events. Her approach is practical and customized, drawing on decades of real-world experience and adapting the training or guidance to the organization, the audience and the environment in which they work.
