Throughout her career, she has planned, supported and advised on ceremonies, distinguished visitor engagements, official functions and high-visibility events at multiple levels of military and government organizations.
Her experience spans roles from project officer to Protocol Chief, giving her firsthand understanding of both the detailed work required to execute an event and the broader responsibility of advising senior leaders, leading protocol teams and ensuring every element works together.
Desirée has supported events involving senior military and government leaders, distinguished visitors and large formal audiences, while also advising organizations outside the military on galas, ceremonies and other high-profile events. That range of experience allows her to quickly assess a plan, identify potential issues and provide practical recommendations based on what works in the real world.
